About 40 thousand years of kidney failure people are being crippled


1.8 million people in Bangladesh suffer from kidney disease. 35 to 40 thousand people are being kidnapped every year. If kidney failure, only 10 percent of people could afford costly treatment. There is no chance of getting treatment for this disease outside of Dhaka.The speakers said this at a joint ceremony organized by the International Society of Nephrology (ISN), Kidney Foundation and Bangladesh Renal Association on Saturday. They gave importance to the treatment of kidney patients, kidney transplantation and dialysis, which was expanded outside Dhaka.






Culture Minister Asaduzzaman Noor was the chief guest at the Kennedy Foundation auditorium giving 'ISN Pioneer Award, 2017' and the inaugural session of the Scientific Seminar. He said most of the kidney patients outside Dhaka are not allowed to come to Dhaka for treatment. The matter has to be left over to fate. He said, as well as the expansion of medical treatment across the country, awareness of diarrhea was created at the same time, awareness should also be created to prevent kidney disease. If necessary, it will be necessary to promote the matter with the famous personalities including actors.







On the occasion, the annual "ISN Pioneer Award for the year 2017" is being given for the leading role in the prevention and treatment of kidney diseases in the developing countries. ISN is giving this award to the bodies of kidney diseases in 152 countries. Kennedy founder president of Kidney Foundation received the ISN Pioneer Award in Bangladesh from Bangladesh in recognition of the leadership of Kidney patients in Bangladesh, expansion of kidney expansion and expansion of dialysis, taking care of disease prevention and taking necessary training. Harun and Rashid.In today's ceremony, officially Harun and Rashid handed over the prize to former ISEN president and ceremony coordinator John Fahli. Speaking on the occasion, Director General of Health Department Professor Abul Kalam Azad said that a large number of campaigns will be run in this year to prevent various non-invasive diseases including kidney.
